Delivery and Payment


Deliveries of the purchased goods will be carried out as soon as possible, depending on the availability of products (from 24 hours) and the operational capabilities of the seller. We notify the delivery by phone or e-mail when confirming the order.

For goods that are not in stock in our store, the goods ordered by you are ordered from the manufacturer. In this case, we will notify you in advance by e-mail or telephone of a change in the delivery time of your goods and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order, or change the selected goods for another. It is necessary to add to the dispatch time, the time (2-3 days) needed for delivery when delivered by a transport company. All of our products are dispatched from Mainland Europe by TNT Fedex or equivalent.
All “in stock” goods are dispatched within 48hrs of receipt. Please allow a further 7-9 business days for arrival by courier.

When delivering a shipment by a transport company, it is advisable to enter a mobile phone number in the delivery address (recommended directly in the binding order form) so that our employee can agree with you on the exact time and place of delivery of the goods. We also recommend that you provide the address at which you are staying during the day, as the carrier usually delivers during normal business hours. The place of collection and method of delivery is determined on the basis of the buyer’s order. Delivery of the subject of performance to the specified place is considered to be the fulfillment of the delivery. The assembly of the subject of performance is not part of the delivery. Delivery to the destination address is provided by the seller.
The buyer undertakes to take over the ordered goods.

The seller is not responsible for:

delayed delivery of ordered goods caused by the post, resp. transport company
damage to the shipment by post, resp. transport company
possible non-delivery of goods due to the fault of the manufacturer (supplier) as a result of any restriction or cancellation of distribution rights or other unforeseeable obstacles

Shipping fees, delivery method:

Free shipping only applies to selected products – rowing and ski trainers, which are marked “Free shipping”. This free transport is realized through a forwarding service for natural persons – non-entrepreneurs and only in the UK.

for a fee, it is possible to deliver the ordered goods by company car within a few hours of the confirmed order

Shipping time:

We undertake to deliver the goods to the customer no later than 2 working days from the crediting of the invoiced amount to the account of, provided that the stocks of goods have not been completely diminished. In the event that the goods are already sold out, we will immediately inform the customer of this fact as soon as possible after receiving information from suppliers.
The goods leave us within 24 hours of the confirmed order (only within working days). When sending by courier, the delivery time to you will be shortened.
